Ingredients
- 1 10-oz package of peas, thawed if frozen
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt (+more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup fresh basil, mint, cilantro, and parsley
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Place ingredients into a food processor, and blend until combined. It shouldn’t be pureed, but still have some chunks.
- Season to taste with more salt.
